League Point System

I was just wanted to throw this out there about the League Point(LP) system. I Just played two ranked games as Heimerdinger The first one we won but I played horrible but still gained LP because my team won. The next game we lost but I played rather well and lost LP, because that is how the system is set up.

Currently this is how it works: "Each ranked game you win earns you League Points while each lost one decreases your current LP. The exact amount of lost or earned League Points per game depends on your hidden Match Making Rating. If you have higher MMR than a set amount for your division you gain more LP per won game and lose less LP per lost game, if your MMR is lower you gain less and lose more LP per game." (http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/League_system)

I would like some input on the idea of having LP gained or loss also affected by how well an individual played. First, there would have to be a good way to judge a players effectiveness, K/D/A scores can only say so much. Then weather you won or loss, there would be a cap on how much LP you gain or lose based off the MMR. Then if you played well but your team still loses you could lose less LP, and if you played horrible but your team won, you wouldn't gain as much LP.

I just feel like this would be a more accurate way to rank players.
