Speed Up Draft Pick Selection Timers

I **love **Dynamic Queue. It allows me to play with people who _actually _know how to play their role. Since I main support, no one complains about getting the role and I'm always willing to swap with anyone if they have a problem.

My biggest concern is the timers. Players don't need all of that time to just select a champion or ban. By having long and drawn out selection timers, it makes players forget that they were even in the draft pick if they were tabbed out. I want to get into the game faster (I always insta-lock in my champion or bans in order to prevent accidental dodging and I recommend it to everyone too)
