How to Get Rioters' Attention?

Dear boards, I posted a thread in gameplay & balance board a while ago proposing a small QoL buff for Graves. I got plenty of upvotes and comments, however no response from any Rioters yet. How long does it usually take for a Rioter to 'notice' a thread? Is it possible for no Rioter to notice a thread with that many upvotes? If they do notice these threads, is there a way I would know? Do they comment? If they don't comment does that mean they just haven't noticed it yet, or does that mean they have ignored it / don't care? Do Rioters ignore these threads on a regular basis? How do I get their attention? Do they even exist? In short, I'm interested in interacting with the riot peoples but they haven't noticed me, so I feel a bit ignored :( PLEASE NOTICE ME SENPAI

I'd have to imagine that a Rioter will only respond to something that their team as a whole is honestly thinking about or even cares about. If it's something that they are not thinking about as of right now, odds are you will get no response.

Post something completely unrelated to game balance, lore, visual updates, or bugs, and you have a significantly higher chance.

Make an awesome bacon anivia splash art and you will get posts.

Even if they do reply it will be like ,
