Its simple, you're inexperienced. But that's okay, we all started where you are starting now. Except I personally sucked for a complete year. A whole year wasted because I was not aware of what I am about to share with you today. How long have you been playing the game? what summoner level are you? have you watched any game streams? Right now the NA LCS Summer Split series are playing live every weekend. I assume you are playing league of legends because you want to play a game that is competitive and requires skill. Well, I suppose beginning your research now is as good as a time as any. I assume since you did not provide your experience level you are a beginner with little to no knowledge about how to play competitively.

There are many reasons why you lose a game. Maybe it has to do with your game choices, mechanics or itemization? maybe it has to do with your teammates choices, mechanics or itemization? maybe you guys did great early game (aka lane phase) but couldn't communicate and coordinate properly for team fights and map control. Are you working with your teammates to secure game objectives? or are you just running back to your lane and killing minions like a robot? The first thing you need to do is identify the reasons you're losing games. If its issues with champion itemization/mechanics or last hitting (farming) then great! you can put some time aside to work on that. Some other things you will need to work on are... map awareness, over extending (do's and dont's), split pushing (if you are playing a champion who excels at this technique) proper warding (where and when to ward), dis-engage techniques (not every fight is worth fighting), baiting or getting baited, and not chasing fleeing enemies. YOU WILL GET CAUGHT. This game has so much information to consider each game. As your skills grow you will be faced with challenges that will need to be met with knowledge. Right now as a beginner you can focus on some of those game aspects. First things first, lets look at your personal champion mechanics/itemization and last hitting skills.

The first thing you want to learn is how to play your selected champion. Winning lanes are great if you are able to, if not you may want to let your enemy push the lane in a bit so you can farm safely without to much fear of ganks. Remember just because your lane is pushed in does not mean you are losing. This game is about team fighting, coordination and objective control. The early game phase is simply to allow champions on both sides to earn gold. Thats it. You want to practice last hitting and champion mechanics/itemization for each champion you are interested in playing first. There are no websites that can help you with in-game mechanics (this is achieved simply by practicing) but there are some guides that can help you strengthen your knowledge in mechanics and champion itemization. Some websites will show you a timeline in which order you could purchases specific items. Here are some websites to get you started.

Champion Itemization http://www.lolking.net/ - Pretty good site I used to use this site often. http://www.lolpro.com/ - Pretty good site I use this most offten when playing new champions. http://www.probuilds.net/ - Shows you currently how top tier players are playing specific champions. http://www.solomid.net/ - Has some good articles and guides as well as champion build options.

In-Game Mechanics Here is a guide that can help you get better at last hitting. http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/204xyb/learn_to_cs_like_a_challenger_with_elyndar_a/

Here is a guide that can help you understand warding better. http://www.solomid.net/guide/view/14283?g=14283&c=307051325881612

Gen does Gaming has some pretty informative mechanic video guides. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCsMaK03sMmjPRpkO_OfQchw

Once you get better at champion mechanics/itemization, last hitting, warding, and map control/awareness. You will be on your way to providing your team with a functional and experienced player. Good Luck!

Just lose some games more or olay against intermediate bots.(PvP is better) Losing is the key. Days after, you'll start to win. No problem.

And, try to be defensive at early game. This will help.

I find this site is really useful: http://www.lolcounter.com/

You'll improve. Playing AI won't help you though. It's stagnant, predictable, and exploitable. If you want to improve, play against people. It's okay to lose. Just do something with it and improve yourself. It takes a long time to get comfortable with knowledge of the game. Getting to lv 30 doesn't mean you're good or ready for ranked either. I recommend learning the roles and learning about all the champs you encounter as you play. Practice your builds and try different things. Watch some youtube videos for ideas and when you reach lv 15, use Teambuilder to practice specific roles and/or champs.

Put the time in, you'll improve. It won't happen overnight. Just play smart, ward, have map awareness, and don't chase, and you should improve with time and practice.

You've probably picked up a few bad habits in bot games. Also bots generally don't punish you for mistakes as much as players do. Keep playing.

Oh, and you play Teemo. Don't get me wrong he's a fine champ to play and you should keep playing him. However other players tend to bloodlust when they see him.

From what I can tell, your biggest problem is a lack of CSing. Do a custom game with just you it in. No friends, no bots. Go into midlane and kill creeps. Ideally you should be able to get 100 by 10 minutes. However if you can get 70 or so per 10 minutes, that's ok for starting out but keep working on it. It's one of those skills you are going to hate working on to begin with but really pay off in game.

And don't use skills to last it if you can help it. Last hitting with skills is usually bad.

Bots become extremely predictable. I play bot matches a lot with my boyfriend and friends, I've taught a lot of people how to play the game (basic goals, motions, etc) in bot matches. You can pretty much start mapping out exactly how they're going to react and make motions from there.

I ran into this problem just last night, actually. Watching the exponential growth of someone whose never played before (my boyfriend) over the course of his gaming career in LoL was nice. At first he was how any of us are, unaware of what to do but now he's become someone who, in bot matches, wanders lanes to try and rack up as many kills as he can. When a friend drafted us into an actual match, he was at a loss of what to do. It's really because humans aren't predictable the way that the bots are. The bots are great for teaching the fundamentals: learning a new champion, getting a hang of the basics of the game, learning how to do the basics of each lane -- but that's about it. Being great with a champion against bots, unfortunately, doesn't mean you'll be great otherwise.

It comes down to what DestruK said -- you're inexperienced. You've got enough to do well in the basics, but now you've got to polish yourself. Unfortunately it's a scary thing to do in the community (toxic players, impatient people, etc) but persistence and a positive attitude lend rather well towards that.

Best of luck in your endeavors with that, though! We all start from the bottom and work our way up, and anyone who gives you crap for that should be ignored.

I would reccomend watching some streamers/ youtubers. I have found a few that have funny commentary, and do a decent job of explaining why they build this item over that item, why they decided to split-push at that time.

I would frequently go 2-26 in normal games when I started league. Watching some videos of higher ranked players helped me with the simple understanding of what not to do.

Learning to recognize where you went wrong, and where you didn't is essential to improving your gameplay.
