Discussion: Bump Up ARAM penalty times?

Yo, Avo. I just wanted to check with others here on this topic, I'm a big fan of ARAM and I'm not gonna lie, I love ARAM way more than I love SR, ARAM is just faster and more fun to me but thats besides the point, the problem I wanna discuss IS THE AMOUNT OF DODGES ON ARAM GAMES. Now, you might think what i'm going to say is an over-reaction but just try ARAM and see if you can go 4 games in a row without the following situation happening:

1. Somebody Dodges
2. Somebody Declines
3. Somebody Just Doesnt Even Respond
4. There is an AFK on your team.

I myself find that ARAM's penalty times are way too short if people are gonna constantly dodge matches, what do you think?
