I had an idea thing

I had an idea - I think we should name and shame toxic players, perhaps with screenshots (for example) of their chat histories toward other players/report scores? I think it would help in nipping toxicity and bullying in the bud, and wouldn't allow anyone to be wrongly accused or made out to be toxic when they aren't (a common thing I have seen is being threatened to be reported by those who are toxic for no reason which is stupid). It could also make the LoL community a lot better to get those who show negative behaviour rightfully punished. Thoughts? Maybe I'm being a bit harsh here but it just came up after a game with absolutely awful team mates :P and as a support main, a lot of people scapegoat the blame for silly things (often their own mistakes) on the support, which isn't fair. I'm just here to play games, learn and enjoy myself and have fun with my teams! What do you guys think?
