Can't Buy Last Snowdown Sweet for Icon

I know this is pretty dumb, but I just needed to buy one more snowdown sweet with IP to the get the summoner icon and because of the daily purchase cap I couldn't get it. I was wondering if there was any way to get the last sweet without putting $5 in the game.
