Report Notice

I wish I took a screen shot of it but only thought of it after I closed the box.

A couple of days ago when I logged into the League client, I got a pop up message saying that someone who I reported, along with other reports from the community, was punished. It thanked me for my service and then mentioned something about the Tribunal community. This is the first time I have ever seen this. Anybody else ever seen something like this?

Side story: This is a side account I made so I can play with some new to the game friends. It was only made a few days ago. I am pretty sure I know who was punished. I had only played a few games up to that point and one was with an extremely toxic person who said reporting does nothing when I told him I was going to.
