Champion pick time

What is it like 35 seconds or something?

Can we just cut it down to 20? Too many people take the full time. This equates to a few minutes more of time to get the game started, which already takes long enough.

If a person isn't ready to be focused and make quick decisions, they really shouldn't be playing ranked at that tiem, so 20 seconds to decide which champion to play really should be enough.
