I need 30 rp and It won't let me add my picture.

The holiday sales are out and I have 195 Rp. It isn't enough for anything but it is 30 rp short of Armor of the Fifth Age Taric. I want it so bad. I even drew a picture of what i want to do with it. I don't know why it wont let me add the picture so I'm not sure how to show it. All I want to do is to look fabulous as Taric. I need help to get my 30 rp and to post my picture I drew.
