For Riot: A Simple RP/Spending $ Idea For You

Hey Riot,

I just thought it'd be a neat idea if there's a way to buy a skin, and then the system offers you to gift a friend a discounted skin of the same theme. For example, if I buy a Blood Moon Kalista skin, then I can gift my friend a Blood Moon Thresh skin for a discounted price. I figure people love having same-themed duo's and teams, it's a way for you guys to make more money and for us to have more skin pairings and such. Just an idea.
