Need Coaching for carry jungler like lee/rango/kha

Do you know some coachs that can help me improving as a carry jungler?, i played positioning matches this season and i was disappointed by my plays and my game in general. My 1st lack is know when farm and which route chose to have better early ganks . I'm not high elo so it's not just this... Moreover i've flaming problems especially when i get blamed even if i understand my mistake i try every time to flame the guy who's blaming me, This course ends with my team that does not listen to my calls and a great chat restricted punishment for me. So i ask also help with solo q behavior (how to deal with trolls and how to NOT rage). Thank you Have a nice day
