@Riot -Trundles ult makes the target smaller, why not other weakening spells?

Why couldn't this effect be placed on Sona's diminuendo like you had planned in her PBE rework? or even Urgots passive and exhaust The idea was perfect and fitted the theme of making someone weaker

In general abilities that make champions deal a % less damage are underwhelming to use, because no one sees the effects at all, I can't help but feel that this is the reason why there is so little damage reduction abilities in the game I hardly ever see a proper follow up on a target I just casted diminuendo on, but if it made the champion effected physically and noticeably smaller I am pretty sure more people will pay attention to it You KNOW you got your ass exhausted and you feel it, you feel jack shit when Sona tags you with her green powerhord

Please can you relook into adding this effect into the game? champion scale seems to be more of a factor in this game, with tons of items and spells that make you huge, being huge makes you look intimidating and you want to stay away from them, if a champion is smaller they would look more pathetic and helpless
