Client bugs

I have been experiencing a pretty major bug, where my clicks aren't being registered. Like I can't close the client, can't open messages or anything along those lines. So here's why I'm complaining: I get into a lobby and pick LeBlanc to go mid, but some guy bans LeBlanc, picks Taric (his role is assigned as jungler) and says he's going mid. So I dodge, lose the 3 lp and wait the time, yeah yeah. But then I get into a lobby and the client won't register my clicks and I am unable to ban, so now I have a 30m wait time and I'm down 12 lp. Originally I wouldn't complain about something like this but as it has been a re-occurring problem I feel like it's time to say something about it. On a sidenote - when is this new client gonna be here?
