Make earning keys and chests available regardless of whether or not you own a champion.

It doesn't promote playing and learning new champs when I could be earning keys and chests with the ones I have and I just feel it's stupid to not make it so you can earn keys and chests with any champ you play. Your effort went into that match regardless of whether you own that champ or not. So why can't i get a chest after I've worked hard and won?
