Help with changes

Hey everyone. So i played league for a while. Almost 4 years. The only catch being is i have been away from it for about a year and a half i believe(Aatrox was the champion out last when i started losing touch). Can people give me a quick update on the major changes since then? Thanks a bunch everyone!
