Reminders in champ select.

I feel like while in champ select, the reminders to ban and pick should be a little bit more apparent. Just make it a little more glorified, being that it's such a big deal that if you don't do it then you're put on a queue dodge time. On another note I think it would be a great idea to have a voice actor say when it's time to ban and pick, it would be a great addition to the game. (This idea is from dota2)
