Riot Games Player Support should be able to pass suggestions directly to development team
I recently submitted a support ticket.
My ticket was handled very professionally -- HOWEVER
As part of the response, the Riot Games Player Support Rep said this :
"We can't pass feedback reports directly to the development team, but I recommend posting to the Boards. The team is always looking at the Boards to get a feel for things players think could be improved."
If this is true -- that's very dumb. Now I have to double-submit a report about an issue so that the developers can hear about it? That makes no sense.
Riot Games Player Support Reps are on the front lines of player experience. They should ABSOLUTELY be empowered to pass feedback directly to the development team in a systemized format that makes sense. Empower your support team, Riot!
