Recruiting for a ranked team? Tell people when they haven't made the team.

I think it's really disrespectful to hold tryouts and not tell people when they haven't been picked up. Basically you just kick them from the team and/or unfriend them which is incredibly passive-aggressive. Not sure why this common courtesy is uncommon among league ranked teams.
