Can we get a good blind pick mode?

I don't want to have to rush to declare my role everytime in blind. It's really frustrating when you want to either practice one specific role with one specific champion.

Draft can be annoying because of ban and pick times. People like to dodge at the last pick or they simply don't lock in, forcing the rest to go out and reque. Then if someone bans your champ, nothing you can do except abandon.

I want a mode without bans but with role choosings.
