It's Pre-Season, So can we please update the Green Dot Ult Indicator UI?

Like, can we finally replace the ult green dot with the spectator info that would give you the timers for allied ults and summoners? The main two problems I can think of would be UI space/clutter which I think it wouldn't even take up that much more space, if any. The second problem comes from toxic players that would complain like "omg yUno flash why you no use. afk scrubs gg. get good kids. so bad. stay broze." (A summoner has disconnected). But toxic players will play the blame regardless of if that UI exist or not.

The benefits outweigh the negatives in my opinion.
