Riot Gifting help please

Hi Riot I have see that sometime reds are able to toss some RP to players that are just shy of getting what they need. I am 20 RP short of getting the Rek'sai champ/skin bundle for a friend. I'm at work right now and don't have a picture to offer so you will need to trust that I really wanta get him this bundle.
