Riot, thank you for Chroma IP sale!

I was really considering buying one for Diana, but couldn't decide which one and I wasn't sure I'd use all of them since I own all Diana's skins and I don't play her THAT often (except recently). Now I was already about to buy two at least when they announced the IP sale AND I had almost exactly 14 000 IP and was thinking which champion I'm not gonna play or which runes for champions I don't play I should buy, but you helped me to solve it perfectly! So...
