Custom Tournaments

Yo Riot,

Had a thought that perhaps, in possibly on of the upcoming patches, a new feature should be introduced where by you can create your own tournaments. It would clearly make it easier in LAN parties so you don't need to wait for other plebs to join your game, but you can just play straight away with 9 other mates. Food for thought.
