math or bugged?

So got a little fed. level 6 comes bot. W hits me for 660. pretty sure she was 6/1 at the time. she had and . I've done the math and it makes no sense. there is no mathematical situation where she should do 660 damage on a W alone. even if she went all AP runes. which adds 36 AP to the math i already did. she should top out around 400 with this build and these items. but magically this one did 660. we know spells cant crit
