Store Acting Wierd

I've relogged multiple times but my store refuses to log and stays at a black screen whenever I click to open the store. It's kind of becoming irritating because I just bought an RP card.

EDIT: I was finally able to get the store open, but I can't gift anything and I can't purchase RP. :l
