Will this laptop play league smoothly on high settings at 60fps??

I'm looking online to update my old ass laptop and I've recently come across this laptop on Newegg. I was wondering if this would run lol fine. I find the price to be too cheap for its spec. Is it because it's an Acer laptop? Would it break down easily after a few uses? Really would appreciate some good answers.
