Why is the client so god damn loud?

I have to keep the client at 10-15% volume or otherwise RIP EARS. Also the in game sound, if it's at 100% I have no hope of hearing anyone on skype or any music I put on. I have to keep it at 20% MAX. Why is it so god damn loud???

Some other games have this problem aswell, but league is the worst when it comes to volume levels.
