Dodging

I dodged normals before dodging one ranked game. I didn't realize it was normals until I got into champ select. That is my bad. I queued for a ranked game after. I dodged bc team wasn't looking that great. I get a 30 minute timer and lose 7 lp. Normally, you lose 3-4 lp on first dodge and get a 5 minute cd for dodging. I don't get this. Why should I fucking lose 7 lp. ????????????????????????????????????? I dodged once for a ranked match. Normals and ranked are two different things... I'm fine with the more waiting time but losing more lp? The fuck is this...
