Curse Voice (HELP PLEASE)

Hey guys. So I recently reinstalled curse voice on my laptop, but this time I'm having some issues with it. Apparently my teammates can hear me completely fine, but I can't hear my teammates at all. This has happened on more than one occasion, so I don't know what's wrong. My volume is on and they're not muted, so I don't know what the problem is. Please help me if you guys can!
