New Shuriman Champion?

If anyone actually reads the did you know's before the game starts, it has one where it says sivir's crossblade (forget name of the blade) was once owned by setaka and ascended warrior queen of shurima I thought once you ascended you didn't die, so does this mean she's out kicking around valoran somewhere?
