Many times on the boards you'll see something a little like this.

OP: Hey, Rito! I love the new lore on those Shurima champs!

Riot Whoever: Thanks! It means a lot to hear back from players about stuff I've worked on.

That guy: Yeah, lore is great but X champion is still broken as hell!1! what are you guys doing! Oh, X has a 135% pick/ban rate he's not OP right, hahah! Get your shit together and fix it!

Just don't do it. The poor guy doesn't even work for the balance team.
