So Tamm. Just my opinion.

We all know about that mysterious laugh from the river right? If not, there are tons of videos on it. Check 'em out. And it's pretty obvious that the laugh is from Tamm. It was like the teaser before the teaser. And we know that he has a big big hunger, along with a hat.

For those of you thinking its a Scuttle Crab rework, I'm pretty sure Riot wouldn't put this much effort into that. Seriously.

And Tamm tricked this gambler boy. Probably not Twisted Fate. Maybe someone who lost in one a gamble with him or something.

Most people would think his passive or something would associate with a hunger that's never satisfied. Well . . . at the end it did say he was satisfied. So it might have abilities that bite or chomp (and obviously some water-based ones), but I have doubts about an unsatisfied hunger. After all, he does have a big mouth . . . which on the other hand can be used for a nasty crunch.

And Riot, I love the top hat.
