Adding a moving logo to the loading screen

I believe riot should add a moving logo like a rotating circle to the loading screen. Half of the people that play have toasters so you never know if they get stuck at 80% or your client froze. Or when everyone is at a 100% and the game doesn't start for minutes and you wonder if your client froze or its those shitty riot servers again.
