How long does it take for a plushie to ship?

So, I ordered one of the mystery plushies from the store on the 23rd. It's now the 30th and it still says it's 'processing'.

i was hoping to have it within the week but it doesn't look like that's happening. What's the typical wait time to receive merchandise? :/

I'm probably being impatient but I really want my mystery plush lmao. And sorry for any typos, I'm posting from my phone while at work.
