Automatic reconnect

For whatever reason, whenever anyone is disconnected from Riot servers for even 1 second, your game will sit on that frozen state with the "Attempting to Reconnect" window hovering for over 3 minutes despite every other internet application working perfectly fine. It's usually faster to just kill the game and reboot, but sometime ago you guys seemed to have implemented some mandatory 5-second wait period, as if you think I'm going to change my mind because I read "your team needs you," "guess I'll stick around and be useless for another 3 minutes."

Would be nice to fix that, or at least give us the option to manually reconnect at our discretion without forcing us to close the game to speed it up.
