Does reporting someone for intentional feeding actually do anything?

ike legit - unless you are reported time and time again is it even possible to get a warning? I dont intentionally feed ever, but I would assume because it is a much more harsh accusation then toxicity if someone reported me mistakenly then I'd at least get a warning. al so, Riot should automatically ban people who buy multiple boots/ all of the movepseed items in ranked.
