Summoner Spell level error on website Game Info

So, the title.

When you look at the Summoner Spells in the game info section of the website the info is quite outdated; smite unlocked at level 3. If some of this is going to change preseason then carry on, but I found it funny that were there but the rest was not updated.

Tldr: Website masteries outdated; Not a big thing, but a bit wierd.
