How do I view champion models

Hey guys, I am an avid Cosplayer and I have been wanting to tackle Garen for quite a while now. Unfortunately, there is no real way to view his 3D model.

I have searched high and low with no success. There is a chinese website that allows viewing of models but the skin for Garen is out of date. There is also LolKing's model viewer but there is no way to stop the models from moving so that I can take clear screenshots. I also can not view the weapon individually. What kind of Garen would I be without his sword, haha. I also tried some program called Skin Installer Ultimate" but it only seemed to show outdated skins. Teemo and Garen weren't even in the list. Sad, I know.

Anyhow, if you could shed some light on how I could go about viewing the models separately, that would be great. I know it is possible, I mean look at LolKing, they have them updated as new champions come out.
