Been having serious issues connecting to games and having consistent connectons (now is a problem)

So in the last few days, I've had it where I would go through a game or two, and later on as I'm loading into another game, I'll have a bug splat in the loading screen which then prompts me to repair my client (with the client saying it has now found a corrupt file). This happened a total of two times yesterday, and today I have yet to encounter a bug splat, but instead having ping ranging from 20 to 400 with drastic sways in short time periods. Nothing has changed about my internet provider or internet usage at home, and from what I can tell just doing a reset of the game client fixed the issue in my most recent game (played thresh). However once that game completed, I was given a notice of leaver buster saying that I'm now stuck in a low priority queue for the next 5 games and further poor behaviors will result in stricter punishments. This isn't a thread of "I want the low priority queue taken away" but instead I'm just worried about the further punishment part. So far the 2 bugsplat games as well as my game with the swayed ping were all won despite me being disconnected temporarily and joining back in. For the bug splats, they were out of my control to disconnect. But for the high range ping game with thresh, I asked my team if they would be ok with me reseting fast, and they said yes. So I did, and the moment I got back I apologized and focused on the game at hand. So I'm taking these games very seriously and just want to make sure that if something like the bugsplat happens again or if my ping skyrockets to where I may need to do another temporary reset, that it won't result in any bans.
