When is the rework for Illaoi going to come out?

Illaoi does lots of damage while being tanky. Her Q and tentacles scale off > 1 AD and her E has a damage potential of 30% of the enemy's max health. Also, her E is a win win. If you manage to escape, you turn into a vessel. If you stay within the area you could lose 30% of your max health. I was once a warwick. I helped top to get the kill on Illaoi, and then I died 3 seconds later. I check my death recap and it showed her ult dealing 1000 at level 8. That's not the end, though. Every single time I get first blood on her, she somehow becomes stronger than me next time we come back to lane. E.g, I kill her, I recall and tp back to lane and she does more damage than me.
