LeaverBuster glitch?

I just finished my first ranked game of the day, we won that. I did not leave once, I haven't left a game for months for that matter. But a leaverbuster warning randomly popped up in the upper-right of my client. Does this occur often? Or just a random glitch? (I don't have a screenshot, I'm sorry.)
