Can we get one freebie queue dodge?

I believe that its unfair to lose LP or lose a series game because you dodge for legitimate reasons. For example guy says, "don't ban Ekko or i'm going to troll and feed" Enemy team bans Ekko. He then locks nami jungle, knowing that I'm probably going to lose this game I dodge, losing a series game. I believe this is unfair to all players because we really have two options in this situation:

1. do not dodge and probably lose and waste 20-60 minutes of our lives.
2. dodge and lose a series game and get a queue timer.

I know the problem is that people would abuse it but personally I think that giving people one freebie a day would not be the huge of a problem and personally I would take the suffering of a few more queue dodgers in exchange for that one series game.
