A dedicated Tank page is always nice. I'll give you mine.

Red: Flat Armor Yellow: Scaling Health Blue: Flat Magic Resist Quints: Flat Armor

and then i would make the difference between adc's and AD bruisers or AD assassins. An adc page should probably always look something like this:

Red: Flat AD Yellow: Flat Armor Blue: Flat Magic Resist Quints: Attack Speed

AD assassins like zed and talon have good base values on their abilities so you can take Armor pen instead of Flat AD and flat armor can be swapped out with Scaling Health to be more versatile in terms of match-ups in mid lane:

Red: Armor Pen Yellow: Scaling Health Blue: Flat Magic Resist Quints: Flat AD

AD bruisers for top lane have a little more options for their blue glyphs. I don't know the state of Scaling Cooldown Reduction blues this season but last season it was really popular and i'm a big fan of it. This might apply to Darius, Jarvan, Pantheon etc. I am not too confident about runes for AD bruisers, so take this with a grain of salt:

Red: Flat AD Yellow: Flat Armor/Scaling Armor (choose one) Blue: Scaling Cooldown Reduction Quints: Flat AD

If you like Ap junglers that have a hard time clearing the jungle as fast as AD junglers, there's a page for it aswell. This is good for Sejuani, Amumu, Diana, Ekko, Maokai etc... (Maokai top lane also takes these runes to better proc his passive):

Red: Attack Speed Yellow: Flat Armor (these are mandatory for junglers. period.) Blue: Scaling Magic Resist Quints: Flat Ability Power

So, this should give you plenty of options for your 2 empty rune pages :) In my opinion the first two pages presented here are the most important if you don't have them already (ADC and Tank). Tell me what you think about it.
