How to end "Bring back URF Mode" spamming once and for all

Whenever anyone begs or whines for URF Mode to return, especially when it is completely unrelated to the topic at hand, just ban him from all future URF Modes. You could even automate it, so a bot catches prases like "Bring back Urf" or "we want Urf-Mode back" and bans people using said phrases! I think URF-Whining would end pretty fast!
