Champ Select Selection

Ok. I dont know if this has been touched on yet. I know that I want to own every champion but that also causes me to hesitate on what champions I can play in a current spot as the time ticks away. Just like how we can design item pages I want to add custom tabs in champselect. I would like to select certain champs to place under a "top" or "sup" category so when I know where I will be going I can actually find a good pick over panic picks. This will allow me to sort the champions I want and also allows me to place off picks in my own categories.
