Idea for a way to get runes cheaper.

Runes are to expensive for new players and for veterans as well. Getting level 6 or 7 mastery on champions should give you some type of rune dust that would allow you to create runes for free so you don't have to pay so much. This would replace the old rune crafting system and give players motivation to play other champions. It would also be nice if depending on how good you do in game you get a tiny bit of blue essence, for example S+ would give you the most essence, this would fix the struggle players have and allow them to actually be able to get level 6 and 7 and also give them a chance to save IP for more runes. Riot support answered my tweet and said this was a good idea and I should post it here.
