Regarding flaming towards server lagspikes

2 premades start flaming because a hugh lagspike that effected me & our midlaner. I was 100% sure it wasn't any problem on my side nor my connection. Our midlaner couldn't even connect the game for the first 12 minutes.

It's not the first time these random lagspikes happen and effect random players. When are they finaly look into this problem. If it's not a server issue their must be something wrong with the tools between them.
