Ping on the East Coast

Riot, when the hell are you guys gonna fix the major ping issues on the East Coast. For months my ping has been a consistant 150-300 ping, and these past few games, i get lag spikes so bad that my ping shoots to 10k-100k and thats not an exaggeration. And when i lag i most likely loose those games cause i lag out in the middle of laning or team fights. You've been promising to fix the ping issues for a while with your roadmap thingy but personally i'm not seeing any damn progress. And frankly, i'm tired of loosing games cause the server connection is so shitty on the East Coast.
