Riot fix Dynamic Queue Please?

Due to dynamic queue being so high in quality. I lagged because of the quality. Yes the queue is great but could you please lessen the quality in it? My issue is that. In my champ select screen I couldn't see anything. Just a bunch icons trying to spin. This caused my champion select to never come up and the pick timer just kept ticking down and down and I eventually got kicked. I just wanted to know if you could fix that?
